Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

They govern the website alone. They are not the terms on which we recruit, search or supply talent: those live in a signed engagement agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

The site is informational

Everything here describes what we do. None of it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a commitment to supply, professional advice, or a recommendation you should act on by itself.

We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is either, and we may change or withdraw any of it without notice.

The figures and screens are illustrative

This one matters, so it gets its own clause.

LIVE TALENT SIGNAL

The match panel on the home page — the 92 score, the domain fit, delivery evidence and availability percentages, and candidate reference PN-1048 — is a design element. The figures are generated to show how the interface reads. They are not a real candidate, a real score, or data drawn from the platform.

NETWORK BAR

The "Nexus network live" strip and its scrolling categories are an animation. They are not a live feed, a count of open roles, or a status indicator.

PRODUCT SCREENSHOTS

The workspace images are an illustrative interface populated with sample records. They do not show a real client, a real assignment or a real person.

HEADLINE NUMBERS

Years in payments, projects supported and countries reached describe our track record in round terms. They are not audited figures and are not a forecast of what any engagement will achieve.

Nothing on this site should be read as a performance guarantee. Recruitment outcomes depend on the market, the brief and the candidates available at the time.

Intellectual property

The content, design, layout, code, graphics and the PayTech and PayTech Nexus names and logos are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may read the site, and print or download extracts for your own reference or to share internally when you are considering working with us. You may not republish it, sell it, use it commercially, present it as your own, or scrape it in bulk — including to train a machine learning model — without our written permission.

Some links leave this site, including the ones to our careers site where vacancies are listed and applications are made.

We do not control those destinations and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. A link is not an endorsement. Read the terms and privacy notice of any site you go on to use.

Acceptable use

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the law of Norway. The courts of Norway have exclusive jurisdiction, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the agreed venue at first instance. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
